The Engagement Manager will take ownership of high‑profile projects that shape strategic decisions at board level. Working in agile international teams, you’ll support and lead engagements spanning due diligence, market studies, post‑merger integrations, and value creation planning, all within a firm where content quality always comes first.

- Structure and lead project delivery, from research design to final recommendations
- Work closely with private equity, infrastructure funds, and investment banks
- Analyse market dynamics across broadband, data centres and telecom towers
- Translate insights into actionable, presentation‑ready strategies
- Support and mentor junior consultants across global teams
You Will Need…
- Experience as a Manager in a strategy consulting setting
- 5–8 years’ experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or PE/VC
- Deep exposure to telecoms sector dynamics and asset models
- Robust financial modelling skills including DCF, WACC and accounting principles
- Strong written, visual, and verbal communication strengths
- A self‑starting mindset and appetite for fast, international collaboration
