Manager / Senior Manager (Transformation Consulting)

We are working with an independently owned, relationship-led management consulting firm with over three decades of delivering complex, high-impact transformation for global, high-profile organisations. With a distinctive model that removes traditional consulting grades and promotes genuine collaboration, our client offers consultants the opportunity to work directly alongside senior leadership teams while accelerating their own development.
Due to continued growth in the U.S. market, they are expanding their New York office and seeking experienced transformation consulting leaders ready to make a measurable difference. You will design and drive complex, large-scale transformation programmes, partnering closely with Fortune 500 clients to shape strategy and ensure delivery lands effectively and sustainably.

The role:

  • Lead significant transformations end-to-end
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
  • Drive programme structure, governance and delivery momentum
  • Integrate technology and digital initiatives into change programmes
  • Mentor consultants while contributing to firm growth

You will need:

  • 6+ years’ consulting experience at a top-tier firm (Big4, Accenture, etc)
  • Current or recent Manager / Senior Manager level tenure at a top-tier consulting firm
  • Proven leadership across large-scale programmes or portfolios
  • Strong project and programme management expertise
  • Authorisation to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Willing to come to the Manhattan office 3+ days a week

The logistics:

My client offers a salary of $175,000–$280,000 base salary (Year 1), depending on experience, with prosperous company benefits.
