Operations Consulting – Manager/Senior Manager

Our client is a results-driven management consultancy that delivers complex operational transformations. Backed by decades of UK success, they’re investing heavily in the US and building a new team from the ground up. You’ll be empowered to own client impact, work at the boardroom and shop floor levels, and embed sustainable change that sticks

You will have the chance to lead critical operational transformation programs, managing high-performing teams to deliver outcomes worth millions. You’ll begin your journey with full immersion in the firm’s proven methodology, spending your first few weeks at their UK HQ before stepping into a key leadership role in the US.

The role:

  • Deliver multi-million-dollar transformation workstreams across clients
  • Lead teams of four to eight consultants in high-trust, data-led client engagements
  • Work closely with program leads to align KPIs to strategic business outcomes
  • Drive delivery governance and continuous improvement on-site, 4 days/week
  • Build senior client relationships that unlock progress and long-term impact

You will need:

  • 4+ years relevant consulting experience (ops/supply-chain etc)
  • A track record of delivering measurable operational improvements
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and storytelling ability
  • Confidence working across all levels of client organisations, from C-suite to front line
  • Right to work in the US without any VISA sponsorship
  • Flexibility to travel extensively and spend several months in the UK

The logistics:

My client offers a salary of $165,000–$200,000 base + profit share + sign-on, depending on experience, with prosperous company benefits. This role includes US-wide travel, with a flexible hybrid working pattern, with a training period in UK HQ. Preference for Chicago-based candidates; other US locations will be considered.
