The Senior Manager will take responsibility for leading major client engagements, accountable for driving significant value – often £5m or more. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, oversee governance, and act as the senior interface with client sponsors. This is a position for an experienced consultant who has delivered complex transformations and is ready to assume ownership of outcomes at scale.
Role Highlights:
- Lead delivery across multiple workstreams, managing teams of up to 8 consultants
- Direct programme governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement at executive level
- Shape account plans, aligning outcomes across interconnected programmes
- Guide data-driven analysis and presentation of insights to senior stakeholders
- Develop and mentor consultants, supporting long-term career progression within the team
You Will Need:
- Demonstrable experience in leading large-scale transformation programmes with measurable outcomes
- Proven capability in managing diverse consulting teams across complex workstreams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives for executive audiences
- Commercial acumen to identify opportunities, assess risks, and support account development
- Flexibility to work on-site with clients, including regular travel
