Operations Consulting – Senior Manager

The Senior Manager will take responsibility for leading major client engagements, accountable for driving significant value – often £5m or more. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, oversee governance, and act as the senior interface with client sponsors. This is a position for an experienced consultant who has delivered complex transformations and is ready to assume ownership of outcomes at scale.

Role Highlights:

  • Lead delivery across multiple workstreams, managing teams of up to 8 consultants
  • Direct programme governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement at executive level
  • Shape account plans, aligning outcomes across interconnected programmes
  • Guide data-driven analysis and presentation of insights to senior stakeholders
  • Develop and mentor consultants, supporting long-term career progression within the team

You Will Need:

  • Demonstrable experience in leading large-scale transformation programmes with measurable outcomes
  • Proven capability in managing diverse consulting teams across complex workstreams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives for executive audiences
  • Commercial acumen to identify opportunities, assess risks, and support account development
  • Flexibility to work on-site with clients, including regular travel

The logistics:

My client offers a salary of £92,000 – £100,000, depending on experience, with prosperous company benefits. This role can be based in a range of their offices across the UK, with a flexible hybrid working pattern, with some travel to clients.
