Practice Director

We are working with a boutique UK-based business operations consultancy. Renowned for delivering sustainable, customised solutions to some of the most well-known names in the UK, the company helps clients tackle significant performance challenges through a pragmatic, hands-on approach.

 

The Practice Director will:

  • Develop opportunities within existing accounts and attract new clients to foster growth in your sectors and the business.
  • Lead on selling projects (from initial diagnostic through to larger/longer engagements),
  • Oversee a talented team, building the capabilities, systems, and processes necessary for success.
  • Employ creativity and leadership to craft innovative solutions tailored to clients’ needs.

 

Essential Skills:

  • 10+ years Consulting experience: Proven track record in delivering consultancy projects
  • Exposure to selling to the Public Sector is beneficial
  • Have a strong track record in selling consulting work (minimum £1m personal annual sales). This role requires someone adept at both ‘hunting and farming’
  • Business Analysis: Skilled in analysing client businesses to enhance profitability and efficiency.
  • Client Consultation: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for clients.
  • Relationship Building: Known as a trusted ally and respected expert.

 

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with an OTE of £215,000, including commission and car allowance, plus attractive benefits package
  • Uncapped Commission Scheme with accelerators for over-performance.
  • Potential for equity shares.
  • 25 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year after 3 calendar years, up to a maximum of 30 days.
