As the business accelerates their enterprise-wide technology transformation, they’ve created a Strategic Projects Lead position to partner with all divisions to drive and optimise the value delivered by enterprise technology platforms.
This is a high-profile, group-level position partnering senior technology and finance leaders across international divisions. The Strategic Projects Lead will shape how large-scale enterprise programmes are mobilised, governed and delivered, balancing pace, cost, risk and long-term value.
The Strategic Projects Lead will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, ensuring that enterprise platforms including ERP and CRM deliver tangible business outcomes.
Role Highlights
- Support structured governance and assurance across major enterprise technology programmes
- Shape capital investment cases and challenge delivery to protect ROI
- Sit on steering groups for large, multi-country transformation projects

You Will Need
- Proven leadership of complex, international technology transformations
- Deep knowledge of enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HCM and data)
- Strong commercial judgement and financial acumen
- Executive-level stakeholder management and board reporting experience
- Credible technical foundation with understanding of AI and automation trends
