As part of their next growth chapter, they’re hiring a Strategy and Operations Associate to work directly with the COO (ex-MBB) to shape critical commercial decisions and evaluate new growth opportunities.
The Strategy & Operations Associate will use data-driven analysis to evaluate markets, optimise commercial performance, and influence senior-level decision-making.
Role Highlights:
- Build commercial models to evaluate new markets and growth opportunities
- Analyse portfolio performance across events, media, and digital platforms
- Guide long-term investment and product strategy with structured insight
- Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape priorities and metrics
You Will Need
- 2–4 years in consulting (ideally strategy consulting), strategy, or commercial analytics roles
- Strong modelling and presentation skills (Excel + PowerPoint/Slides)
- Excellent judgement in ambiguous situations; business-savvy and proactive
- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
- Experience structuring market and competitor analysis
- Right to work in the US without VISA restrictions
