Constellation Cold Logistics is the leading European cold logistics provider, with over 600,000 pallet positions across 25 facilities in six countries. Founded in 2019 by Arcus Infrastructure Partners, they have rapidly grown through a series of acquisitions and expansions.
In 2024 they were acquired by EQT and have continued their expansion since.

Our team have started working with the firm in 2021 when Constellation Cold were hiring the third permanent member of staff, a Corporate Development Manager. Since then, thanks to the excellent service we provided, we have continued to support them as they grow.
We have supported on the recruitment for their:

Most recently, we have also recruited two people into their Operational Performance Improvement capability.
