Our team have supported Carnall Farrar with their recruitment requirements since our inception in 2021. In that time, we have sourced seven candidates for the firm on both a contract and permanent basis. 2) Due to the set structure of consulting career paths, there are set periods when Consultants pursue a job search. This means that when top candidates do look for a new role, they often have multiple interview processes at once.
