Our recruitment consultants were first engaged by Capco in August of 2023, when the firm was searching for three senior leaders to join their banking and payments team. Since then, we have supported on a total of seven hires.

The benefits of engaging a headhunter

 

Due to the seniority and specialism of the initial briefs, Capco needed the support of a headhunter to identify and engage the right candidates. Their internal talent team were incredibly busy with a number of hires as the business grew. This meant that they didn’t have the capacity to dedicate time to these crucial hires.

While we saved Capco’s internal team a significant amount of time searching for candidates, our recruiters made sure to keep them updated. By maintaining regular communication with both the firm and candidates, our team ensured that everyone was happy and confident with how the search was progressing.
