We conducted a full headhunt search for the three Executive Director positions and helped further pipeline candidates for the leadership team.
The Security Cleared candidates were an ongoing need for Alchemmy. We had fortnightly check in calls with the Alchemmy team to discuss the candidates in process and ensure both parties were on the same page for any changing requirements.
The fortnightly calls ensured that both Tarka and Alchemmy were aligned throughout the process. It helped us expedite the initial learning curve on working with a new client and ensure the candidates we submitted hit the mark.
